The clients of this kitchen wanted to brighten and update their existing kitchen space. The old kitchen was dated and made of oak, and the appliances had seen better days. The only thing we kept was the tile floor and the dishwasher. The pantry was moved and is now occupied by the refrigerator and surrounding cabinet. New recessed lighting was added as well as undercounter lighting and low voltage lighting within the glass cabinetry. The cooking area features two 27" convection ovens with a drawer bank between and gas range above. The range hood cabinet adds additional storage. This work area also contains storage for spices and cooking utensils. The sink area contains tray dividers and a dual blind corner "Lemans" pullout by Haffle. The peninsula contains a trash pull-out, dishwasher, and a 27" microwave with drawer below. Below the glass cabinetry is a bank of drawers and dual pull-out storage behind each door. Countertops and wall tile are white and gray Quartz granite. Brushed nickel knobs and pulls. Chinese color accents make this kitchen surprisingly warm. |
