The Sustain, Inc. sales counter represents a combination of Design, Sustainable and Recycled materials. First we found the recyclable options: In this case we used a Shutter from the client's family house, an Architectural Column and Capitol, Window Sashes for the front cubbies, a Bank Counter section for the computer valence, and Corrugated Roofing for the left side. For the sustainable materials we utilized Xtira, a sustainable medium density fiberboard for the cubby shelves and the left column, and horse-harvested Virginia Yellow Pine for the Countertops.
